Same weight, not the gain I expected! Oh well, I'll take it 😀 Lunch out today though, could do without it really, but I have to go. I will endeavour to enjoy it and not eat too much. And not drink too much... 🙄

Better than a gain Heidi, well done. I have my sis coming down with youngest neph and I am dreading it - beach and ice cream, dinner and burgers, garden and beer. Hand in hand we wandered to the obesity clinic . . .
