maintaining at 186 which Im good with.. even maintaining is hard work .. especially on a holiday ,, 16 lbs away from my life goal of 170.. time to dig in

I, too, am 16 pounds from goal....the push is on and you are doing great. So proud of what you have accomplished since the beginning of the year!!!! How was your graduation celebration????

Gwen, graduation was great.. and I got to see my other son and daughter in law, and she was very generous with the compliments in regards to weight loss. Im feeling really good about myself these days. Even my bad days arent so bad..

Maintaining is almost as hard as losing! You have temptations all around you. Don't let your guard down and go back to your old ways as I have seen so many do.
