Thanks for the advice on the scales Bill, they’re still in my basket, but lay old ones appear to have started working.. finally %muscle is above %fat!!
Aiming for 25% body fat, so the tanita scales will probably be coming soon..

Oh yeah !!!! These look fantastic ..... better hide them though, I'm ready to eat the all ..... Were they actually cooked in that iron skillet? If so that's very cool. Thanks, gives me a dinner idea for tomorrow.
