Diario di Navide, 16 set 13

I have tried doing the 500-600 calories AFD diet, but I just can't. I'm going back to a more 16:8 (maybe 17:7 or 18:6)on a daily basis. I knew 5:2 wasn't for me, but I thought that I could handle AFD, but I just can't. I've hit somewhat of a plateau and I'm oscillating between 119 and 118, but I'd still would like to go down to at least 115. I just hate being a slave to food, counting calories constantly and stuff. Takes the joy out of life. I need to find something that just comes more natural and doesn't feel so oppressive. I lost around 17 lbs without even trying, and now that I'd like to lose the last 4-5 it's just too much of a burden. Oh, well, hopefully I'll find a balance.
