This morning 120 lbs. Weird up and down, imo. Oh, well.
And today I'm having lunch with a friend. I'll probably just have a salad! LOL And 16:8 goes out the window today. Why do ppl want to eat lunch at 11:30 am for crying outloud??? That's breakfast, people! :)
I guess that technically I could stop eating at 7:30 pm but that would mean not eating with my family, and I much prefer eating all together.
