Diario di Navide, 20 set 13

Considering that I had all sweets (and black coffee) as my supper last night, and that I didn't have a good way to estimate the calories in it, I thought that I would have kept the same weight as yesterday. Instead, I lost 1 lb. It seems a bit odd.. But I'm not complaining. :)
