I'm kinda eager to see what the scale will say tomorrow. Eating window for the past 3 days has been 4ish pm to 9ish pm. Tonight I ate 4 cookies with my coffee. I could have probably stopped at two, as I am feeling quite full now (it's 9:30pm) Try to record my food to the best of my ability, but probably coming out short on calories I've actually consumed. I am willing to bet my weight will go up again tomorrow and for the next 2-3 days (especially considering the weekend when I am more relaxed on the schedule..) We'll see. I just wonder when will I ever drop consistently under 118.
