Diario di cindylynnwho, 19 ott 21

Back to my usual eating again. It feels so light after a weekend of restaurant food, but I’m happy and no longer feeling bloated. I made a whole grain mango bread with ginger, apricots, and walnuts. It’s very delicious, but I accidentally used the wrong setting so part of it didn’t get baked. I missed my workouts on our long weekend where there was little opportunity to exercise. Looking forward to running early tomorrow and gym in the afternoon. My kitten is laying on me purring right now. Life is good. Have a great day, FS friends!

I am experimenting with alternative flours (for my fiancé). So the bread sometimes comes out a bit too crumbly to toast. Plus I am using a bread machine which leaves a hole in the bottom where the paddle is. But it’s delicious, especially with fruits. I do like to toast my store bought bread when I have some.

Cindy, congratulations on your engagement!! Wonderful 🌟🌟 I have a bread machine as well but haven’t used it since I started on FS. I love the pizza dough it makes too 😋🤩🤩

Thank you @yogagoddess! We have been engaged for a couple years now; maybe next year we will start planning the wedding :) I have made calzone dough but not pizza dough yet- looking forward to it! 😋
