I am so happy that I finally ran after letting busyness overtake me for two weeks. I logged about 4.5 miles of run/walk intervals but had to stop at an hour due to work obligations. I then worked about an hour at my primary job and now need to do some chores before my second job but I’m so exhausted as you can see from my body battery rating. My stress rating is also super high, and I’m not entirely sure if I’m actually that stressed or maybe have had my watch too loose or something. Anyway, I guess I better take a rest/meditation break. Thanks yfritz. It does measure that somehow, but I realized that it is off because my watch was on the charger last night while I was sleeping.

Rarely heard of Body Battery metrics.. Good sharing & I need an 'energizer' !

My energizer is going to the beach and walking along the ocean's edge....It gives me a sort-of 2nd wind/more energy and I don't have any pains at all until I get back home. :-/
