🤣 I would assume this was after squats 😂 You always know when you've had a good leg day, you have to pick that second leg up & load it into the car like extra baggage. 😅

🤣🤣yeah somehow I've ended up on an upper lower split. It wasn't on purpose my knee and calves were just both too sore after tough mudder last Saturday so I let them rest a few extra days. Now this is the second time this week I did just lower and kinda like it it may be here to stay awhile. Gives me plenty of time get all my PT exercises in plus my other leg workouts. Yesterday I did front squats , calf raises , hip thrusts, and all my pt stuff like airplanes, monster walks, split squats , landmine lunges. Suitcase step ups etc.
