maybe david was right. it is normal to be hungry. (?) i felt absolutely fantastic after dinner, and not just cause i was on my way to see my newborn nephew. it was a physical thing. i don't know if it was the dandelion greens, or an overall well put together meal. after i ate the greens and the quorn filet i asked my body what it wanted... something orange. the squash, perhaps. but the squash would have taken an hour to cook and i wanted to go see gavin for the first time. so i ate a tangerine instead. i think that was a perfect choice. so firstly, i think i need to remember to eat different colored vegetables instead of just green ones. and more importantly, i need to remember to keep my intuition fully in this process instead of making this a totally left brain thing. i mean, i need both sides of my brain, but its so tempting to just be lazy and not ask my intuition what it wants at times. i can't overthink this whole thing. well, i'm not going to. i'm resolving to use my intuition from now on. this is wonderful. i'm really feeling good again about this whole process. i can't wait to have results to show for it. soon. very soon. it's time for more exercise now.
