I ate a small donut at the bank and my lunch was haphazard, but I feel good because I am so proud of my exercise. I ran twenty straight minutes today for the first time in a long time.

Hack yeah! Getting fit is a huge part of losing weight, and perhaps the most important. I am inspired by what some FS members can do even with lots of weight left to lose. Makes me push myself harder.

Congrats on the run, maybe that small donut was alittle extra fuel that you needed. Have a safe trip and remember if you play hard be safe about it! Lol Take care!!
