I'm showing a small gain this morning (it was the italian restaurant) but the good news is that my tummy is looking a little smaller and I am now fitting more easily into jeans that were formally really tight on me. We're going out with my mommy and Aunt Minnie to Ruby Tuesdays for lunch, and that's an easy place to make good food choices. I hope to get some basketball practice in later. :) Have a great day!

Hey! Synchronicity! I'm going to Ruby Tuesday today, too, with my parents (Mom's 81st birthday). AND I noticed my jeans yesterday were getting loose! I'm sure your Italian gain is just from the sodium, so not to worry. Enjoy your family time!
