I reached my goal of running ~5k at a pace under 12 min/mile. This is still quite slow compared to many of you and quite slow compared to what I used to run in my younger years, but it has been a goal of mine this year since it is FS slowest pace in the exercise calculator! Next goals: continue to get a bit faster with 5k pacer app then go for 10k.
