I miss running, I never thought I’d say that, but it’s so much more enjoyable then cycling, hopefully the cycling will improve the muscles around my knee and one day I can run again 🤞🏻

I hope you can run again Jamie. My knees were in bad shape for a while but they better now with better shoes and weight loss (not that you need that).

I do hope so Cindy, it’s the inside of my knee, and a 3 month running rest didn’t fix it, so just hoping I can build some strength around it, and try the treadmill again in a few months (as it’s softer on the legs!) 🤞🏻
