yesterday wasn't exactly as I'd hoped because at lunch, I tried to treat myself with a chili relleno and couldn't eat it, with my cold. It was really bad. Never eat those when you are sick. So I didn't eat much and ended up eating a ton later in the day, which is not good. I was happy that my fatsecret food diary was here to remind me to eat more breakfast, though, when I needed to leave early for work and wasn't done yet.
Today I'm going to pack up foods with soy, dairy and wheat in them (ie, half the kitchen! :) and bring them to my parent's house. If I don't do this, I fear I will break my elimination diet and eat them. I'm also going to the bookstore with my gift certificate to look at recipes and at some books recommended to me by a fatsecret buddy.
