Good news! My pants are falling down and someone noticed today. Okay, it was my mom, but it still counts, lol. :) I can't wait until I have to buy the next size down. I've been a 16/18 for a while, and very briefly, was even an 18, but now I am more like a 14/16 again. Woo-hoo! I like that I changed my goal weight to 199. To think of it in smaller steps is really working for me. Also really working for me is increased low-carb vegetables, food measurement and meal planning, exercise, and my subliminal and meditation weight loss cds.

Resolved:
to keep up with the meal planning until I get the hang of this
to relax while eating
to relax in general and enjoy life and not worry about this so much
to eat more earlier in the day vs. later
to get rid of soymilk products. Eating soy ice cream today my stomach was hurting and bloating.
to continue with the good things I've been doing for my body!!

That's great, keep it up! It's always encouraging when someone notices, even if it's family.

My mom is always the first to notice. :) Congradulations. I always feel less bloated when I get back on track and it feels like I lose almost a whole pant size when I stop eating high-carb foods.
