Diario di wannabhealthier, 16 lug 18

Goood Monday mornin...75 and humid here already...stayed outta trouble yesterday...well with heat and humidity...just to hot to get outside any longer then you had to...did take trash out..and made trip to gas station to get gas for rider..grass is growing great...need to cut it 2 times a week to stay ahead of it...

Headed to walmart today..make wiser choices...not really to much on list...ahead on everything crept lettuce an salad dressing, eggs,and tomato 🍅...

Therapy today at 1...then every other day this week...try an set it up like that..give my shoulder more time to rest...

Well green tea is calling my name...get this day started once again...

Just got home from walmart... 40 dollars...and only what was on list...like wow...even was on cookie aisle...and walked on by....
