Diario di abbadabba, 23 ott 18

I did it! Not really sure how but I think it involved prepping, exercising, and not eating continuously all day. It seemed like I was winging it because I didn't really count every morsel, but I ate as healthy as I could and brought good food to places I went. I also did a lot of exercise.
My house is getting there! Pretty exciting to be getting my carport ready for my CAR for the winter - believe it or not! I moved a lot of things around and plan to get on to the PAPER! Too many records that I can just scan and toss - probably don't even have to scan it either but I get nervous.
I danced 3 nights in a row this week. Taking a break tonight and tomorrow, then back dancing Thursday maybe and Friday for sure. My daughter came with me Sunday and loved it, so those Sundays will be on my list from now on.
I brought my lunch and breakfast to work this week, all here on Monday and no need to get anything different, portioned out and ready to heat and eat when I get hungry.
