Continuing to hold steady at the 138 mark. AND - I'M DOWN ANOTHER INCH IN MY HIPS! Sitting pretty at 35 inches. Waist remains 30. I love this because, I FEEL the strength all over this body. I have that lean, springy, feeling like I can just bound up a flight of stairs, and my muscles don't even think twice! In other good news, my size 8 bathing suit came from landsend yesterday and fits perfectly. First time in my whole life I will be wearing that size in a swimsuit. Size 6 jeans arrived last weekend and they fit wonderfully as well. Lot's of good NSV's this week. I'll be posting the maintenance calorie trajectory later today :-)

Thank you, Jen. That means so much. Can I tell you, there are times when I can walk without the cane and I'm walking so fast, you wouldn't even know MS was a thing. I love all this strength too, because I can help people. I can open big doors, and pick heavy things up, and do for others using this body. It feels nice and is a good incentive to keep me showing up to do the work {{big hugs}}
