Gained 4 pounds in 52 days...nothing to sweat....in fact haven even been getting on the scales that much...feel more. Like I’m in maintenance......long as I keep my calories going in...And burning off as many or more when I ride in zwift..or outsidewhen that times comes....

30 mile ride on zwift...finding that I’m having to carb up more on days I ride the longer miles..longer rides..more days off to rest....and get other things done...getting nicer out..things to get done around the house...
