Weight loss is slow. I don't like how my chart is starting to look like a parabola. I think I am eating too many carbs, or too much in general. Things are great, and I'm really excited about the move, but I'm under so much time pressure from so many different directions that I think I might be stress eating a little. Things will get back to normal soon. I'm thinking of taking a vacation but I don't know if can pull that off-- it requires extra work to prepare, too! not to mention money since I don't have PTO. I got Chuck to go for a walk with me this morning. He said he greatly prefers walking on Sanibel (where we're cat-sitting) to downtown Fort Myers where we currently live. We're thinking maybe he'll be more agreeable to walking in South Fort Myers where we're moving. This is good; I want him to do these things with me-- for me and for him.

Looks like you are making good progress. Slowdowns are normal, just keep plugging at it and you'll break through!

Your chart does not look like a parabola! Okay, I had to go google "parabola". Walking on Sanibel! Oh, that sounds so nice. I did that once, and it was lovely - except the noseeums ate me up!

What's wrong with a parabola?? At least it's not mountainous like mine!! LOL. Your weight-loss should slow as you get closer to goal. As long as you keep losing don't stress.. <3

Stop looking at the little graph and look at the whole history. It is awsome. Fort Meyers sounds beautiful. I had to google that one. I hope this latest storm, Fay, doesn't chase you away. I am from and now live about 50 miles north of Galveston, Tx so can certainly relate to that. Be safe!
