I still feel like this is a win. I know i had a good week. My numbers are good. i worked out faithfully and did a good job resisting latenight snacks. My hands feel swollen so i think it is water. i am gonna keep going with my challenge. Will add bp to post later.

Ty so much for the "cheerleading" all! I super appreciate it. Honestly, i just said to rm, idk how i managed to ignore how fat i got again. Now that i see it i can't unsee it!! I am seriously just trying to unhitch my brain and go on faith for the next few months. But i really appreciate the encouragement!! 💕💕💕

Whenever you do good things for yourself it is definitely a win - keep up the great work and good job keeping the late night snacking down - that is hard work!!
