Diario di abbadabba, 20 nov 19

So I did it! Down almost a pound! That is so motivating. Also ran into a coworker and asked her how much she weighed and her weight is around my goal weight - she looks tiny compared to me but that is ok! Sticking to my goal of 125.
Brought soup and fruit and yogurt today. Logging outside my weekly allotment. Sometimes I have to adjust how long the food lasts, so next week you might see that I am not logging but that will be because I hit Wednesday and didn't buy more food than is in the restricted area within my fridge.
Today: walking a bit at lunch, stick to foods I brought, and cleaning up my kitchen table while I do food prep.
