Oops, I screwed up and thought today was weigh-in for the challenge, but I guess its today. I exercised a lot and was active on FS this past week, but not as good avoiding sugar and writing things down. This week will be better. I must remove the temptations. Or better yet-- replace them with the healthy snacks that are lacking in my kitchen right now.
67,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 26,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 8,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,2 kg a Settimana

Great idea to replace the temptation snacks with healthy ones. That way you don't feel deprived. And there are so many lovely, healthy snacks to choose from! I'm sure you'll have a great week!
