How do you know if you need a new scale or new batteries? My scale told me I lost five pounds again then when I tried it again it told me I’d gained. I’m not recording either but instead waiting for it to show a believable improvement at this time. I have a doctors appointment this morning and I’m hoping my doctor will help me with some imbalances which may be affecting my ability to lose weight (not losing weight is not the primary issue but it may be a side issue).
