I forgot to weigh myself this morning. Today was a rough mental health day thus a couple beers and some chips. Still hungry and waiting for my St. Patty’s day dinner my fiancé is cooking but he says it won’t be ready for a couple of hours. My new natural supplement seems to be helping me and another helpful supplement will be delivered soon. p.S. I fit into my skinny jeans! :)
