Even if I eat low cal, eating any sugar or crap seems to make me gain.

My doctor and I agreed to reduce one of my meds and a side effect of this is anxiety and cravings for food and beer. Trying to hang in there but really want to eat and drink things.

I ordered my fitness tracker, an amazfit gts 2 mini. Looking forward to it.
