My diet was good yesterday, but my weight is still frustrating and I may have to become one of those weigh once a week people. There seem to be a few things going on here (1) water weight moving around (2) I need a lower calorie limit than I’m thinking especially as I get closer to goal (3) changes possibly affecting my weight that probably relate to perimenopause or, much less likely but technically possible, pregnancy. Number 3 will figure itself out soon, number 1 will always be there, and as for number 2... it’s not going to be easy to eat less but I’ve looked at some different calorie calculators and it may be right for me. I just have to psych myself up and adjust. I can do this! It’s vanity at this point, since I am back down to a healthy weight range and my partner loves me the way I am, but heck yes would it be fun to reach the slim toned look I’m thinking of and I’d be stronger too. It may only be the 💦 weight. Watch you sodium intake as well as your calories. Hope this will help. Stay strong 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I'm so have to look at where I'm going I'm getting plenty of exercise and still not moving

Identifying how many calories you burn per day is huge. Its really the foundation for everything else. I only burn 1500-1600 per day on average.

@ggreen67 you’re right, I’m not burning as many as I was and keeping track would help
