Hi, FS! I have practiced no discipline the past couple of weeks, but still bumbling through. I feel like I owe you an explanation, which I am planning on providing! No excuses though.

This is what I have been eating. Black bean burger blt with air fryer fries, blt with potato salad and noodles with spicy peanut dressing, Vietnamese bun salad, Portobello and swiss chicken sausage and potato salad, scrambled eggs with cream cheese, onions and chives with hashbrowns and a black bean burger. I definitely eat modular and don't mind the same things over and over!

I hope everyone is doing great and in the zone!
86,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 18,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 18,1 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 1,2 kg a Settimana

Everything looks so delicious! I looked at your weight history and I know you have what it takes to get back to the 160's or whatever goal you choose. You can do this Jen!!
