I ate so much yesterday (for dieting me). After my huge lunch and flan I had a small amount of cottage cheese and tortilla chips. Even with overestimating my calories, I still maintained a small deficit. But have gained. Oh well. I’m just grateful to be close to my goal. I am thinking about changing my goal from 135 to 130 but it’s more fun to hit 135 first before changing it :) at 136 the other day I could still see more than one “stick of butter” I could stand to lose. Have a healthy happy day FS.
