BF 24.9% I haven’t been tracking my body fat, since this requires pushing an extra button on the scale and I’m half asleep in the morning. But I decided to start watching it in lieu of lowering my goal (135) after I reach it. Because I’m Thinking about trying to reach a lower BF% instead. Maybe “fitness range” of 21-24% rather than “acceptable range” of 25-31%. I’m right on the border already. Although I ran with my dad when I was a child, I didn’t exercise this intensely the first time I lost all this weight (I don’t remember too well but I believe I did more walking, less running and strength). I’m enjoying this new fitness lifestyle and appreciate all my buddies who are there with me!
