Someone asked about my BMI and if I lose just 17 more pounds I will be slightly overweight. :)
82,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 9,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 20,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

2316 kcal Esercizio: Camminata (lenta) - 3 km/h - 24 minuti, Stare in piedi - 1 ora e 16 minuti, Lavoro d'ufficio - 4 ore, Riposare - 10 ore e 20 minuti, Dormire - 8 ore. Di più...

Before you notice, you'll already have reached your goal. Just don't pay too much attention to time because it seems like it takes longer to pass when we do :)

Yes, I should be patient with myself. Over the past month I have lost five pounds I think. So I am really happy with that. :)
