Yes for today. Some days my diet is awesome and I still gain!

I am always impressed when ever that happens to me ... then there is the other side - like you said - when nothing works. I have found that just a partial day of fasting (liquids only) works to start to knock the weight down - just to keep a nice rhythm happening.
