Diario di cindylynnwho, 20 gen 22

Tired lately. Working more at both jobs. I missed my run yesterday morning but did it in the evening. I hated to miss another run after the tornado interrupted the last one. I started practicing mindfulness while running. It’s a convenient time to do it and helpful when there’s not time for separate exercise and meditation along with everything else. I hope everyone has a great day. How are y’all doing?
