Hey Matt, running 4 miles three days a week. Working up to a 10k, which is 6.2 miles. What about you?

Hey Cindy , Very consistent! Last sunday was my record longest run of 13.86 miles..but I had big lunch in between...so It did not count as half-marathon distance yet. Am working for an upcoming 75-mile bike ride fiesta in February so I have to save my skinny knees lol- You have a great week ! 🤸‍♂️🎵🌈
