A month at a time. Not losing but not gaining either. Working on mindfulness when eating and other things too. I paid a lot of money to learn how to have a healthy lifestyle - eat less, exercise more. There is a lot to it, starting with 16 pointers to incorporate into life. Working on drinking more water and stopping in the middle of a meal to see if I am still hungry.
