Ty, peeps! I always think of a side-by-side pic that moopie posted once. It was pre and post her doing all her fabulous yoga. I think it was like 8# difference, but she looked totally different. Thanks, moopie!

Personally if I used the scale I’d put a bullet in my head, 3 weeks of eating 1200 calories and I lost 3 lbs but also lost 5 inches- happy with inches 😀
