Thank you Tim! I was there taking my parents cat to get mats shaved out of her fur when my dad stepped on the large scale and I thought I’d do the same. My babies are fine. Though Herbie and Deva have gotten gray/white fur from hurricane stress 😢 

Your parents don't own a scale? Well, they looked thin, so I guess it's not necessary.

JB they claim there’s a scale in the garage but I haven’t bothered to look yet. They both have been skinny for many years, my dad always.  

Buenita thank you so much for your prayers and hugs! I am hanging in there, not sure what my life will look like as I rebuild but trying to focus on gratitude and faith. Your friendship is a good reminder of those things

I don’t know yfritz, sometimes I want to exercise other times I am too busy or a mess. I will be in touch soon and we can exercise “together” 😁 exercise is good for stress and mental Health as well as physical.
