Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Dead lift with resistance bands…not my favorite workout…lol…but it’s a new workout…so in time…who knows if it might be…like any new move…gotta work with it a few times…the over head pull downs…I’ve gone up to 70 pounds…and I’m able to do 3x8…before I have to take a break…the last 8 are usually the hardest…and I’m not hurting in my shoulder blades from doing them…

61 outside..slept with window open last night…wind finally died down..was breezy yesterday..was only out for 10 minutes…was just to cloudy for me…and with the wind…even though it was 62.. was a cold one…in the 80s again today..

Knee is better again..all inflammation is gone…

Good morning! Happy Sunday! My fave day!☕️☕️☕️☕️Extra coffee! Lol The weather was so nice yesterday. Got things done outside! Windows open. All is good! You know how to work those bands! That’s great that they aren’t bothering your shoulders. Your knee is better!!!🎉 I am sure you are happy about that! 👍 Enjoy your day. Maybe vitamin D and a nap?!😁

I use bands sometimes too. I don't mind them but like lifting better.👍
