Not surprised..I always gain 2 days later when I have a treat meal. I see my trainer today. 1 st time back in over a month! Tomorrow I see nutritionist. I know measurements will be more than last time cuz while sick I was eating whatever I wanted and what I wanted was carbs and sweets...Getting back into workouts and healthy eating is hard during holidays...just sayin.....
