No worries about not being around. West coast is having our turn with the big nasty storms and I have been super busy dealing with all those things. You had a much bigger storm with much bigger things to deal with. Good luck with the garage! 

Since you did recently change your diet to a more plant based one, so that probably bumped it down. Sucks about the ceiling. Whether it's paid for by the HVAC company or your fiancé's homeowners policy, someone's insurance will pick up the tab. How's your therapy business going? Are you still contemplating a change?

Thank you wifey! First the tech tried to cover his a$$ and then the owner called my fiancé screaming and threatening to sue us. Then my fiancé talked to the office manager and got a bunch off our bill, more than twice the amount needed to repair the garage.

Thank you jb yes eating more plants is great for weight loss. The job is ok, I am still contemplating a change but waiting to find out where we land, right now my job is remote and I can do it anywhere

Thank you asarver! He did something wrong with drainage for the condensation and the water leak broke open the ceiling.
