Cheesegobbler, thanks but I have a feeling I'm not going to lose as much as Id like...age is definitely not in my side...it makes me mad that I work so damn hard to stay in shape and build muscle yet it's so fast to go away....It's pretty frustrating but I will keep at it! Doing body pump class today for 2st time. Instructor is fairly easy so figured it's a good class to start with. 💜💪
