Diario di jenjabba, 03 set 23

I'm able to do about 7000 steps a day now, thanks to PT. i know that doesn't sound like a lot but if go from not being able to walk for months to this. it's party time! moving has helped me lose weight. I'm doing my PT weight lifting and that's helped too. 💪
