Already started first workout….and sipping first ☕️…55 this morning…soaked some sun yesterday…an hour is about what I can sit for…and by that time temp is also getting to warm…

Mmmm ☕️ is good this morning…time for another…lol…knocked out more counter push-ups while waiting on ☕️ to get ready….almost 7am….looking cloudy out at the moment…might have to shift my schedule around..no sun..might mean early ride…wait an see…

Sister is improving and her getting out of hospital is getting closer…then more trips to clinic for therapy I would think…
