wow had bad day of eating again yesterday and it shows now that this is total of 3.6 lb gain since Saturday so Today I go back to eating habits I had before and try not to go over my calories and carbs, also gonna try to cut my apples back down to no more then 1 for breakfast and 1 as a snack either for lunch or dinner. Gotta get this turned back around and get back to Intermittent Fasting at least 12-14hrs a day .
