no loss..no gain.. gooooooood mornin fs..just got back from an 11 mile ride..had to quit..butt an seat couldnt get along today..no sweat spot to be found..to many days in a row of riding..no flab left in the right places..lol..anyways...was a great ride...always nice to see the sun peaking over the horizon in the mornings..thats one of the nice things about riding early in the morning...get to see all the stuff you normally dont see after everyone gets on the road with their cars..woke up to 74 outside this morning an it was a cooler morning for riding...kinda surprised i didnt show a loss.. thats life..gotta cut grass today..an its suppose to only get in the upper 80s today so shouldnt be that hot outside today hopefully...well..just finished off first cup of tea...so..have a great day everyone...

ty debra..actually i had a gel seat on a different bike..they are ok..but its still about having padding in the butt area..padded shorts help just as much..and mine need replaced

I will gladly send you some of the cushion that remains on my rear if it will help out! I still have an excess at the moment :)
