Based on past experience I think my best way to lose a few is to quit drinking. No I don't drink a lot but the calories do add up and it might be making me want to eat more, plus I'll feel more balanced overall. Hmm.
64,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 2,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,6 kg a Settimana

I had the same issue this weekend. I hadn't had any alcohol in awhile. I need to watch.
