Day 6 of keto : My body feel a bit better compared to the last two days, but still a little dizzy when ever I stand for too long. At least I can have a good night sleep again. Also no exercise for the past couple of days. I take my time during this time to study more about keto. I learn about mct oil, heavy cream, net carb, keto recipes, coconut milk/cream and more. Effortless because its fun learning something beneficial. Now waiting for my konjac ingredient to arrive. Planning on making my own konjac noodle. Cant believe I will be able to eat noodle again after so long.😋
