Life has been extremely hectic. I’m sorry I missed logging last week. I miss running more. Trying to work out a schedule where I can find time for more exercise without missing a lot of sleep. I had a dream I woke up at 3;45am to run. But don’t plan to do that 😂

Cindy i get it. I am in adrenal failure myself. Functioning at around 10 percent. No fun. Adrenal fatigue is probably similar?
